Your Mission

As Senior Operations & Community Lead, you take full ownership of our Berlin location. You are responsible not only for shaping the community experience but also for ensuring the site’s operational, financial, and strategic success.

You combine operational excellence with a strong service mindset and develop the site into a professional, calm, and high-quality work environment — aligned with our brand values of proximity, quality, and “unseen helpfully” service.

From budget responsibility and escalation management to strategic site development, you connect all moving parts and help establish Berlin as a flagship location.

Your Playground

  • Site Leadership – You assume full responsibility for the Berlin location (rear building + future front building).
  • Budget & Vendor Management – You manage budgets, optimize cost structures, and further develop vendor partnerships.
  • Escalation & Stakeholder Management – You are the primary contact for complex matters and conduct conversations with corporate clients on equal footing.
  • Team Leadership & Structure – You build the Berlin team, define clear roles, and establish service standards.
  • Strategic Site Development – You contribute to positioning, growth, and the long-term development of the location.

  • Organizational competence – You maintain oversight even when handling multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication skills – You present yourself confidently and professionally.
  • German language skills – Very good German skills (minimum C1) for communication with members, vendors, and partners.
  • English language skills – Good English skills (minimum B2) for communication with international members and clients.
