Your Playground
- Site Leadership – You assume full responsibility for the Berlin location (rear building + future front building).
- Front-of-House & Member Experience – You are the first point of contact and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Event Organization – You plan and host community events, workshops, and networking formats.
- Sales Support & Tours – You conduct site tours and support inquiries and follow-ups.
- Operational Support – You ensure rooms are ready, coordinate vendors, and support daily operations.
- Member Onboarding – You accompany new members from day one and ensure a smooth start.
Your Strengths
- Strong interpersonal skills – You are open, empathetic, and service-oriented.
- Organizational talent – You keep an overview even when managing multiple tasks.
- Hands-on mindset – You act proactively and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills – You present yourself confidently and professionally.
- English language skills – Very good English skills (minimum C1) for communication with international members and clients.
- German language skills – Good German skills, both written and spoken.
